Wondering where is this? Visited SEC, the largest electrical chain store hub in Malaysia. Thanks SEC for having me. It's really an awesome experience.

Joseph Hon said there isn't much machine in their repair center because usually they will either repair it as soon as possible and then send it back to their customer or they will change the product for their customer. Sometimes they will let their customer use their temporary product first while they are repairing the original ones. Their service is really good!
This are the SEC's vehicles that we see on the roads. Quite many of SEC's vehicles are on the road to make sure all order runs smoothly.
Had a short interview with Joseph Hon. I'm so glad that I'm able to meet the director of SEC in person. So in the interview, he shared whats the speciality that is in SEC compared to the others.
